Our wildlife control services includes trapping and removing unwanted wildlife from your home or business. We offer relocating of wildlife such as raccoons, possums, skunks, squirrels, snakes, ring tails and birds. Raccoons
Raccoons are cute from a distance, until they start hanging around your home. These critters can carry many diseases, including rabies. Keep pet food in an enclosed space, like porches or garages, and keep trash lids closed to prevent raccoons.
Possums
Possums pose a threat to humans and pets by carrying diseases like leptospirosis, tularemia and tuberculosis. Keeping trash lids closed and pet food stored in an enclosed space, like garages or porches, will help prevent possums from visiting your home.
Skunks
Skunks are infamous for being a stinky pest! Although they’re mostly known for their defensive spray attacks, skunks can also transmit diseases like rabies. Keeping trash can lids shut tight and not leaving scrap food out can help prevent skunks from giving your home a visit.
Squirrels
Squirrels can wreak havoc on houses and yards. They can find their way into attics, chimneys, and walls, mostly by accident. Their behavior is much like that of mice; they chew insulation and wires, which can end up costing big money in the end.
Snakes
Snakes are one of the more harmful forms of wildlife we deal with at Nova Pest. You’re usually unaware of a snake in the house or yard until you’re right on top of it. Not only are they a danger to the family, they are also a danger to pets. Keeping piles of wood stored away from the house, sealing cracks and crevices, and keeping the yard free from debris will help prevent snakes in the yard.
Birds
Although they’re not usually considered a pest, birds can easily become a nuisance at your home or business. Birds can dislodge roof tiles, block gutters, and leave droppings and nests that cause damage to buildings.
